- All logos displayed on Brandforma Website are the intellectual property of Bohdan Harbaruk / Brandforma™ until purchased.
- Upon full payment, the buyer receives exclusive rights to the purchased logo.
- Brandforma reserves the right to showcase sold logos in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Unauthorized use of logos before purchase is strictly prohibited and will be considered copyright infringement.
2. License & Usage Rights
- The buyer is granted a worldwide, exclusive, and royalty-free license to use the purchased logo for branding, marketing, and business purposes.
- The buyer cannot resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the logo as a standalone asset.
- Logos may not be used for unlawful, defamatory, or offensive purposes.
3. Unauthorized Use & Protection Measures
- Downloading, copying, modifying, or reproducing logos without purchase is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized use of any logo, even if altered or redrawn, will result in legal action.
4. Refunds & Modifications
- No refunds are issued once a logo has been delivered in its final format.
- Minor modifications (such as color adjustments or slight refinements) may be provided at Brandforma’s discretion.
- Custom modifications beyond minor adjustments may incur additional fees.
5. Dispute Resolution & Legal Action
- Brandforma actively monitors the web for unauthorized use of its designs.
- If a logo is used without proper licensing, we reserve the right to pursue legal action under international intellectual property laws.
- Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, and legal proceedings shall take place in the appropriate courts.
6. Changes to Terms
- Brandforma reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
